Jill Ater: Founder, COO Jill is the gal who will walk you through all of the nitty-gritty of getting your 10 til 2 office open; ordering phones, computer set-up, what insurance you will need and legal questions. Jill or her staff can answer any questions about the day-to-day operations of your 10 til 2 franchise. Marketing is also on Jill's plate. With experience at a major ad firm, Jill will help you get the word out about your 10 til 2 business. Jill majored in Social Psychology with a minor in communications at UC San Diego. Jill has extensive office management experience. She is the mother of 2 redheaded boys. In her spare time Jill beads. She is definitely a Red Vines gal. |

Heidi Crum: Founder, CFO Heidi and her staff will help you with any and all accounting issues as a 10 til 2 franchise owner. Her department will get your employees paid, do your invoicing, create your P&L statements as well as all of those other “number” issues (thank goodness we all don’t have to know how to do all that!). Heidi graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accountancy and is a licensed CPA in Colorado. She has worked in a number of accounting positions from Senior Auditor to Controller. Heidi has twin sons and sits on the board for a local non-profit. Heidi goes Twizzlers all the way. |

Jodi will lead your weeklong training as well as be available for ongoing sales questions. She has two daughters who are very proud of their mother for helping launch this great company. Jodi fits her workouts and reading for two book clubs into her daily routine. Twizzlers is the only licorice worth considering. |
"When my daughter was born 16 years ago, I was fortunate to be able to transition to part-time work. Now, companies are more eager to create part-time positions. They understand that so many people – including moms, dads and retirees – have skills and experiences to offer and want more choices in creating a better work/life balance. I’m very excited to have a company which will focus on helping everyone create more options in the workplace."
