The State of Staffing
America's workforce is changing as more and more people are looking for flexibility that part-time work provides. In 2006, the staffing industry generated approximately $87 billion in sales; 2.9 million people per day are employed by staffing companies. Over the next decade, the U.S. staffing industry will be one of the nation's fastest growing industries. The staffing industry offers flexibility to both employees and businesses; people can chose when, where and how they want to work. Companies whose workforces are comprised of 10% or more flexible workers realize better financial growth.- 66% of staffing employees say flexible work time is important to them.
- 90% of client businesses say staffing firms provide the flexibility to stay fully staffed during busy times.
- 75% of business customers say the quality of employees recruited from staffing firms is the same as or better than the quality of their regular employees.

Staffing is Still Hot!
Staffing has been named to Entrepreneur Magazine's "Hot List" -again. This marks the 16th time in the past 20 years that staffing has been featured on the magazine's annual list of "most popular business trends."
"Throughout my 28+ years struggling to fulfill the demands of both motherhood and full-time employment, I felt terrible every time I missed my children’s school events. But there just weren’t any employment options in my field that would give me the flexibility I needed. Finally last year, when I had to call on a neighbor at the last minute to buy a cake and supervise my youngest child’s birthday bash because my flight home from a business trip was delayed for several hours, I decided things had to change. I had previously explored other franchising opportunities but none of them met all of my needs and goals. Finding 10 til 2 was the answer to my prayers. It’s very exciting to be in a position to strengthen businesses in Utah by helping them find talented, enthusiastic, and experienced staff while simultaneously helping to maintain strong families. Also, I can’t say enough good things about the four women who founded 10 til 2. They are a great team and they are wonderful leaders. Their help and support has been invaluable to me as I have started up my 10 til 2 franchise. I am honored to be working with such incredible women."
