Summary:
Provide complete general administrative support to the Company President and Controller. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, documentation, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
-Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the Company President's review.
-Analyze report data and provide analysis summary to determine conclusive information
-Calendar management including scheduling of appointments and necessary rescheduling when a conflict arises
-Track delegated tasks by designated assignee at the outcome of meetings.
-Monitor sales activity of sales force to track progress in meeting business goals.
-Vendor relationships on behalf of the Company President and Controller including verbal and written communications.
-Document notes from meetings.
-Transcribe Level 10 meeting notes and distribution to management team.
-Keep track of direct reports- responsibilities and progress in completing them according to expectations.
-Ad hoc tasks resulting from situations as they arise.
-Power Point proficiency: quarterly company meeting charts and graphs populated
-Handle matters of a confidential nature with discretion.
-Written and verbal communication when necessary on behalf of the Company President and/or Controller.
-Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Crystal Reports. A strong technical aptitude; Able to handle software challenges confidently.
