Loan and Title Processing Assistant Denver, Colorado
A manager of manufactured home communities headquartered in Denver, CO with locations in 12 states seeks a part- time Loan and Title Processing Assistant.
This position requires someone who has very strong Excel skills and who can handle monotonous tasks but also take ownership of this job. The Client would like someone who can look at the functions of the position and offer suggestions of how to perform better. This position is a part-time position and will remain a part-time position, there is no opportunity for advancement or increased hours in the near future. Hours are 24 hours per week Monday thru Thursday 6 hours per day.
Loan Functions
Maintain and distribute repo report.
Prepare and mail Notice of Default, Notice of Sale or Notice of Acceleration letters as required for files being worked by the Loan Collection Coordinator.
Assist with weekly and monthly internal reports-
Assist with gathering information on Loan Assumption and Loan Modification requests and auditing completed packages returned from the community.
Prepare and mail responses to Borrowers requests to remove homes from communities
Title Functions
Prepare all necessary repossession paperwork on a timely basis.
Research property taxes due prior to submittal to title agency.
Maintain log of when title sent for transfer and received.
Assist with title projects as needed- including preparing check requests for fees, completing title paperwork, filing and notating completed transfers, researching rejections or taxes due.

Inside Sales Representative Denver, Colorado
Our client, experts in data management solutions, are currently looking for an inside sales person to join the team. This person is primarily responsible for not only generating new client leads but also marketing our services and products to prospects. Job responsibilities will include:
-Generate and qualify new leads by cold calling, sending mailers, attending trade shows, following up on referrals and responding to web inquiries
-When a lead is qualified, the inside sales person will schedule an appointment with the outside sales team
-Register qualified leads with OEMs
-Build and maintain a pipeline of 8-20 qualified appointments per month
-Conduct sales calls via the phone and using web-based resources
-When speaking with customers, identify the need for:

o product upgrades
o service upgrades
o renewal options
-Track all sales and prospects in SalesForce.com
