Health & Welfare benefits firm in Fort Worth seeks a virtual benefits professional to handle carrier quotes, customer service, documentation, and reporting. This includes communicating with employer officials, insurance company professionals, and client employees at all levels of knowledge. Specific duties include: (1) Carrier Quotes -Prepare requests to carriers with specified items of interest and secure quotes -Obtain and clarify medical questionnaires if required -Follow up as needed with employers/carriers to obtain missing items or to clarify data -Create summary spread sheets and enter pertinent data from quotes received (2) Service Issues -Contact employers and/or employees to obtain required facts to assist in resolving service problems -Secure HIPAA authorizations as needed -Work with carrier service reps to research and clarify submissions -Audit bills and claims to reconcile with carrier and employee (3) Documentation & Reporting -Prepare time sheets, spreadsheets (Excel), and summary reports (Word) as directed -Enter updates in company's on-line shared folders -Update employees, employers, & internal staff as needed in a timely fashion -Attend periodic staff meetings as requested The ideal candidate will be one who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment where priorities change rapidly in response to client needs. Requirements include: - Extensive knowledge and prior experience in group medical & dental benefits, group and individual life products, and ancillary voluntary benefits coverage -Superior written and spoken communication skills -Ability to manage time efficiently and with minimal direction -Cordial, respectful, and professional demeanor in all settings -Group 1 Insurance License helpful -Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Power Point. Sales Representative
N Fort Worth, Keller, Flower Mound, Texas

FDA approved medical device company with reimbursement from Medicare & major insurance companies is seeking experienced PART-TIME commission only Sales Representatives that will be calling on ENT's & Primary Care (General Practitioners, Internal Medicine and Family Practitioners). This is a 20-25 hour, Monday-Friday work week with 12 lunch appointments set-up by inside sales reps each month that can equal 3-4 lunches per week. Lunches are reimbursed according to budget and typically start between 11:00 am-2:00 pm and can last up to two hours and could have up to an hour of travel before and after the appointment. The Sales Rep. is responsible for confirming the appointments, picking-up the lunch and conducting the demonstration of the equipment along with an explanation of services. The Sales Rep. is also responsible for maintaining and growing the account base with maintenance visits conducted during the week. Compensation is paid per visit made as well as per clients established. Candidates must have at least 3 years of clinical/medical sales & territory management experience in the physician office setting including lunch and learn experience.

Growing tutoring firm in Southlake seeks a very personable administrative assistant to support the owner and tutors. This tutoring firm specializes in SAT, ACT, & PSAT test preparation and tutoring for 2nd graders through college students. Duties are administrative in nature, including answering calls, keeping the office organized, maintaining files, operating office equipment, handling correspondence and mail, customer service, and other duties as assigned. In addition, this person will be responsible for light bookkeeping, such as paying bills. Expertise with bookkeeping software is not required, as the owner will train, but the ability to balance a checkbook is required. Also, this person will assist with marketing, such as helping create ads and marketing materials and coordinating with the print shop and other vendors. Again, expertise with graphics software is not required, as the owner will train, but general knowledge/skills in marketing is preferred. The ideal candidate will be very personable, customer focused, excited about learning new things, and passionate about helping this business continue to grow! Hours are approximately 12-15 per week. Owner is somewhat flexible with schedule, but prefers M-F starting at 9am or 10am for approximately 3 hours per day.

"I am working an inside-sales job for a government contract software company. I am enjoying the highly technical atmosphere of the job, and the clients that we reach out too. I spend 20 hours a week calling on prospective clients, yet the job allows me the flexibility to work out of my home office. My children are active at school and in sports, which keeps me very busy. The flexibility in my job allows me to make a financial contribution to our future, as well as keep up with my busy family. 10 til 2 found me this great part-time, flexible job which is still very professional.
