Customer Service Representative/Administrative Irving, Texas

Working under the close supervision of the Department Supervisor/Manager, the Customer Service Rep uses professional phone techniques to perform a variety of tasks related to new installations, leases, court reporting and inventory management. Duties include:
* S/He processes scheduling appointments, ensuring reports are sent out in a manner compliant with company procedures.
* Promotes teamwork and cooperative effort
* Understands and applies continuous improvement processes.
* Provides customers (internal and external) with the highest quality results.
* Receives and processes orders through all automated and manual procedures.
* Maintain the professionalism, confidentiality and image as required by the position.
* Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures.
* Promptly answer, direct telephone calls, and arrange conference calls.
* Demonstrate the ability to think independently and work through assigned projects to closure.
* Daily data entry processing of all installation forms, removals and court orders.
* Organize and maintain file system, and files correspondence, forms and all other records.
* Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees consistent with the company's mission and philosophy.
* Completes appropriate documentation for customer requests. Escalates or forwards requests to appropriate resources if further action is required.
Client prefers a 10am-3pm work schedule, but there is some flexibility with this.
