Tax Associate/CPA
Denver, Colorado

COMPANY: Established, Denver-based CPA firm (former Big 4 Tax Partner) seeks dynamic self motivated, tax individual to prepare and review tax returns for multi-family residential investment real estate development company, private and public mining companies, private and public oil and gas companies and high net worth individuals. The firm prepares and reviews approximately 75 partnership returns, 12 corporate (including consolidated), and 20 high net worth individual returns. REQUIREMENTS: Applicant should have a associate's degree in accounting and a minimum of 3 years of tax experience public accounting experience or a minimum of 5 years experience in tax level industry positions. Real estate and partnership experience preferred.
